Terms of use

Short version: this is a comparison site, the seller is whoever you buy the ticket from, and the price is theirs. If we ever sell a ticket to you ourselves, Part B applies and says so on the page where you pay. Last updated 22 October 2026.

Who we are

PakistanAirline.com is operated by Ashers Hub Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17204476, registered office 23 Kenilworth Road, London, England, W5 5PA. We are not an airline and we have no connection to Pakistan International Airlines or any other carrier. You can reach us at info@pakistanairline.com.

Part A. Using the comparison site

  • What the site does. It shows fares and travel options that airlines, agencies and other partners publish, so you can compare them. When you choose one, you leave this site and buy from that seller under the seller's own terms.
  • Prices and availability. Fares change. What we show is what a partner reported when we looked it up, and the seller shows the final price before you pay. If a price on this site and the seller's price differ, the seller's price is the one that counts. We do not add anything on top of a seller's price.
  • Your contract is with the seller. The ticket, the payment, the refund rules and the journey are the seller's and the airline's. We are not a party to that contract and cannot change, cancel or refund a booking you made with them. Contact the seller first; if you cannot find them, write to us and we will tell you what we know about where the link went.
  • How we are paid. Some partners pay us a commission when you book through a link from this site. It does not change the price you pay. How we make money explains this in plain language.
  • What we cannot promise. We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we do not promise either. Travel information, visa rules and schedules on this site are general information, not advice for your situation; check with the airline, the agency or the relevant authority before you rely on them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  • Acceptable use. Do not scrape the site, overload it, or use it to mislead anyone. Content on this site belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us; you may use it to plan your own travel and not to republish it.

Part B. If we sell you a ticket ourselves

We are preparing to sell some flights directly on this site. That is not switched on today, and no page on this site takes payment. When it is, the page where you pay will say that Part B applies, and these are the terms it will point to:

  • Who sells and who flies. The ticket is issued by the airline and is subject to the airline's conditions of carriage, which we link to before you pay. Ashers Hub Limited sells it to you and is your point of contact for the sale.
  • The price you accept. The price is shown to you and confirmed with the airline immediately before you pay. If it has changed in between, we stop and show you both prices, and nothing is charged unless you accept the new one.
  • Fare rules. Whether a ticket can be refunded or changed, and what it costs, is set by the airline for each fare. We show the rules the airline states, exactly as stated, before you pay. Where the airline states nothing, we say so; we do not promise a refund or a change the airline has not.
  • Your details. Names must match the travellers' passports. A mistake can mean the airline refuses to carry the passenger; tell us straight away if you spot one. How we handle these details is in the privacy policy.
  • Cancellation rights. Flight tickets are excluded from the usual 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases. What you can cancel, change or get back is governed by the fare rules of the ticket you bought and by the airline's conditions of carriage.
  • Delays, cancellations and your rights as a passenger. If the airline cancels or delays your flight, your rights against the airline under UK, EU or Pakistani passenger-rights rules are unaffected by anything here, and the airline is the party that owes them. We will help you with the information we have.
  • Financial protection. A flight-only sale is not a package holiday. Before Part B is switched on we will state on the payment page whether, and how, the sale is financially protected, so you know that before you pay.

Complaints and law

Write to info@pakistanairline.com and a person will answer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

Changes

If these terms change, we change the date at the top. A change does not apply to a booking you made before it.
